Philip Bellis of Forestville, NY, is in need of a kidney donor. He has type O blood and is listed with the transplant center at ECMC. Phil is a 43-year-old father of five who adores spending time with his family.

"Phil is a hardworking family man. We’re simple people just trying to make a life for our kids,” said his wife, Kristen Bellis. “We have five kids, three older and two at home. A teenager and a four-year-old who’s just starting school this year. We have a granddaughter on the way in December.”

Phil is an avid Bills fan who likes spending time outdoors fishing and golfing.

“Life truly is about our family and means the most to him," said Kristen.
