Brittany McILwain of Buffalo is in need of a kidney transplant. She’s hoping a generous person will come forward to donate a kidney to her. “My doctor explained to me that the best donor is a LIVE donor,” she said.
“I go to dialysis three times a week, I’m only 35 and honestly, it’s exhausting,” Brittany explained. “Every day is a struggle, but I get up every day and take it one day at a time.”
Brittany added, “I stay positive no matter what because I have a 14-year-old son who depends on me.”
