The Kidney Disease and Transplant Support Group meets on the third Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. 
All dialysis/chronic kidney disease patients, transplant recipients of any organ, living donors, families, and supporters are welcome.
Due to COVID-19, these are now virtual meeting through Zoom until further notice.

Note: This support group is organized independently from the Kidney Foundation of Western New York, but is a valuable resource for local patients and families.
